If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refunds policy below.
General Policy
The following terms apply to all products purchased from Wheel Finesse.
All products are made to order. As a result, we are unable to accept returns once items have been received unless a valid reason for return is provided and approved.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- All included contents must be returned with the product
- Proof of purchase must be provided
If items are returned without original packaging or with missing components, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from any refund.
Custom Made Products
As our products are custom made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders.
If you order incorrectly, this is not the responsibility of Wheel Finesse and a refund may be refused.
Fitting Disclaimer
Our products are designed to be self fitted. If you are unable to fit the product, this does not qualify for a return or refund.
We do have fitters available across the UK if assistance is required.
How to Request a Return

Please include your order details and a clear explanation for your request. Our team will review your case and advise accordingly.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods unless stated otherwise.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during return shipping.
We are unable to issue a refund without receiving the returned goods or valid proof of return.
Refusal of Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Gifts
If the goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a store credit equal to the value of your return where applicable.
