These terms and conditions, together with the documents referred to in them, set out the basis on which Wheel Finesse supplies goods to you.

Please read these carefully before placing an order, as by ordering you agree to be bound by these terms.

General

Wheel Finesse provides custom made products. Our terms and conditions are designed to make you aware that your consumer rights are protected, your data is handled securely, and your information will not be shared.

General Warranties

Wheel Finesse retains title of the goods until payment has been received in full.

Products are subject to normal wear and tear. If properly maintained, products will retain their quality.

Alcantara products are long lasting when correctly cared for.

Possible Product Fault

If a product develops a fault, you must contact us as soon as possible at:

You must provide proof of purchase in the form of an order ID, invoice, or confirmation email.

Additional Costs & Customer Error

Wheel Finesse will not be held responsible for additional costs incurred due to products being ordered or supplied incorrectly where the error is the responsibility of the customer.

You must ensure that all material selections are correct and that any images uploaded are an accurate representation of your steering wheel.

Delivery

All items are made to order and typically take between 10–18 working days.

A working day refers to Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays in England.

If delivery times extend, please allow up to 30 working days before requesting order tracing.

Orders enter manufacturing within 4 hours of being placed. After this period, changes may not be possible.

Orders placed on weekends will enter production on the following working day.

We ship using Royal Mail and Evri within the UK, and FedEx or DHL for international orders. All shipments are sent using tracked services.

Customers will receive an email notification once their order has been dispatched.

Delays & Closures

From time to time, there may be periods where operations are paused or delayed. During these periods, order processing times may be extended.

Cancellation Policy

As all products are custom made to order, cancellations are subject to a fee.

This fee typically ranges between £45.00 and £65.00 depending on the materials selected, as costs are incurred once production begins.

If an order is cancelled after production has started, the relevant fee will be deducted from any refund issued.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wheel Finesse will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid for the product.
