If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a Return/ Refund, please make sure that the cover is intact and everything we included is packed back with the goods. If this is not done we will deduct the amount from the refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Keep in mind, these are built to order. We are not able to accept any packages back once they are received unless you can show us a valid reason for a return.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order.

We will need a clear explanation as to why. Our dedicated team will assist you. If you receive the cover and cannot fit it we cannot grant a refund as we make it very clear these are self fitted products. We have fitters based around the U.K.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet our requirements. Be aware these are custom made products. Change of mind is not acceptable for a refund. If you order incorrectly that isn’t our responsibility. We will refuse a refund for this matter.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us unless stated otherwise.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of return.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
