Refunds & Returns Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

  • Once your order has been placed we allow up to 4 hours to cancel.
  • Once 4 hours has passed you cannot cancel. You accept this by purchasing our products.
  • In order to exercise your right of cancellations, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a Return/ Refund, please make sure that the cover is intact and everything we included is packed back with the goods. If this is not done we will deduct the amount from the refund.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Keep in mind, these are built to order. We are not able to accept any packages back once they are received unless you can show us a valid reason for a return.

To Return your product Email Us At:- Sales@WheelFinesse.com with a clear explanation as to why.Our dedicated team will assist you. If you receive the cover and cannot fit it we cannot grant a refund as we make it very clear these are self fitted products. We have fitters based around the U.K.

We will fulfil your order to the customisations and colours you chose. If you choose options and then tell us you want to change it this will not be accepted. Be sure to correctly choose your customisations.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet our requirements. Be aware these are custom made products. Change of mind is not acceptable for a refund.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

You should send the Goods to the following   Contact address that will be given to you once you raise this matter.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.


We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gift Returns

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
